I ordered this soap in a glass bottle with a pump. That is what they had pictured on their site and what they described. They sent me a plastic refill bottle without a pump. And then they tried to pretend that is what I had ordered. BUYER BEWARE! I returned it; they received the return five days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR!
